Responsibilities include fulfilling requests, tracking orders, managing stock, conducting inventory counts, processing purchase orders in ServiceTitan, receiving and inspecting orders, and operating a forklift. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HVAC parts coordination, inventory, and purchasing, knowledge of HVAC systems, and proficiency with ServiceTitan and Google Workspace. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 25-50 lbs are also required.

What We Offer
- $41K - $52K/year (based on experience)

- Manage purchase orders in ServiceTitan
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming orders against pick tickets and PO
- Operate forklift
- Excellent communication with internal and external customers
- 2+ years in HVAC parts coordination, inventory, and purchasing (required)
- Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Google Workspace and ServiceTitan (or similar)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable in both office and warehouse environments
