Role summary

Kiley Ranch is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for their Caviata community in Sparks, NV. This role involves overseeing all maintenance and repair operations, including diagnosing and performing repairs, managing maintenance staff, handling resident service requests, scheduling personnel, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining accurate records of preventive maintenance and expenditures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, experience with properties of 150 units or more, expertise in all trades, a strong customer service attitude, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Caviata at Kiley Ranch, in Sparks, NV!As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
  • Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
  • Managing system for handling resident service requests
  • Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
  • Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
  • Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

    • Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
  • Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
  • Must have experience in all trades.
  • Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
