We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who sees recruiting as more than filling roles: it’s about finding the builders, problem-solvers, curious minds, and future leaders who will help shape what Mindgruve becomes next.

You’ll lead and evolve our Talent Acquisition function across the U.S., while providing strategic guidance for recruiting for our international teams. Leading the Talent Acquisition function, you’ll help us build what’s next - using AI, automation, and talent intelligence, while creating a more proactive talent strategy and closely partnering with hiring managers and department leaders.

At the center of the role is one simple expectation - raise the bar with every hire. You’ll be a steward of the Mindgruve Hiring Standard, helping us look beyond impressive résumés to identify people with the capability, character, curiosity, trajectory, and drive to make our teams and our clients better.

Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
