Role summary

Modine is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple interrelated projects within a coordinated program. This role is responsible for ensuring initiatives align with business outcomes, promoting standardized processes, and optimizing resource allocation. The Program Manager will act as a change agent, embedding PMO practices within engineering and operations. Key responsibilities include managing program plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying cross-project dependencies, leading governance reviews, and engaging stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of PMO processes. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and 8+ years of project/program management experience are required.

## Position Description

This role is responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects as part of a coordinated program. The Program Manager ensures that all initiatives align with business outcomes, promote the adoption of standardized processes, and optimize resource allocation across teams.

Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering and operations functions.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and oversees program-level plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Responsible for identifying and managing dependencies across multiple projects within the program.
  • Leads governance reviews to monitor progress, ensure accountability, and support decision-making.
  • Actively engages stakeholders to align program outcomes with business goals and to drive adoption of PMO processes across the organization.

## Required Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP preferred (or other applicable framework).
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational change skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or technical environments preferred.
