Role summary
MrBeast is seeking an Art Director for their Viral Marketing team. This role is a conceptual and visual leader responsible for the overarching visual standard of viral marketing campaigns. You will partner with a Copywriter to develop and pitch concepts, ensuring high standards across art direction, lighting, casting, wardrobe, and set design. The role involves translating creative concepts into compelling visual identities, overseeing production details, and protecting brand integrity. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI tools is required, along with a strong understanding of social media visual language. The position is based in Greenville, NC, with remote/hybrid considered.

Role Overview
The Art Director is a conceptual and visual leader within Viral Marketing. You will work in tandem with a Copywriter partner as a core creative team to bring visual concepts to life across our content ecosystem. Reporting to a Creative Director, you will develop concepts for various art verticals and ensure our visual language remains exceptionally strong. Your work will span across owned properties, merchandise platforms, short-form content, and large scale campaigns.

The Role
You will be responsible for the overarching visual standard of our viral marketing campaigns. You will champion high standards of art direction, working closely across key creative elements such as lighting, casting, wardrobe, and set design. You will make sure all visuals adhere to our high quality standards across editing, sound design, and overall production. Success means pitching strong concepts, thoughtfully managing production details, and protecting the visual integrity of the brand.

The base salary for this role ranges from $118,000 – $148,000, plus an annual target bonus and eligibility for our employee equity plan, plus comprehensive benefits.
