The Village at Orchard Ridge is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-focused care. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, supporting mobility, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members. The position requires an active CNA certification in Virginia, strong teamwork skills, and a dependable, professional attitude. Previous skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.     • What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Support safe mobility and transfers
  • Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
  • Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing
  • Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment
  • Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive community
  • Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
