Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a mission-critical training program. This role is responsible for overseeing the technologies that enable training delivery, including hardware, software, networks, and systems across operations, maintenance, development, upgrades, and security.
The Program Manager will collaborate closely with government staff, contractor teams, and external vendors to manage priorities, develop technical specifications, and coordinate vendor solutions. This position requires strategic oversight of engineering efforts to maintain current capabilities and deliver enhancements, while identifying risks, dependencies, and solutions to support program objectives and ensure mission success.

Demonstrated experience bringing programmatic discipline to the management of a complex systems
Demonstrated experience gathering and vetting new technical requirements
Demonstrated experience identifying requirements and constraints pertaining to technical capabilities and solutions in support of training and educational exercises
Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership
Demonstrated experience cross-skilling and backfilling for teammates
Demonstrated experience using communication tools including push-to-talk technology
Demonstrated experience using map imagery applications
Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entrap and Teams

Demonstrated experience administering complex Sponsor unclassified systems
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of Sponsor personnel
Demonstrated experience with system assessment and Sponsor's Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes
Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting proprietary Sponsor map imagery applications
