Digital Designer
We are looking for a mid to senior level Digital Designer to create engaging, on-brand design for a global technology company, and make our brand look and feel consistent everywhere a customer meets it, from a trade-show booth to a product page to a sales deck. You'll help us use HubSpot to create and publish micro campaigns (small, targeted campaigns) directly in the platform. You'll own projects from brief to final files, work closely with marketing, product and sales, and help shape how the creative team works as it grows.
This is a hands-on role for someone who designs at a high standard and can explain the thinking behind the work to people who aren't designers.
You will
- Design digital marketing and sales materials: campaigns, product sheets, web and landing-page graphics, social content, presentations and trade-show assets.
- Design, build and publish micro campaigns in HubSpot, such as emails, landing pages and forms.
- Apply and extend the Nureva brand system, and help keep the brand guidelines, templates and asset libraries current.
- Take projects from brief to delivery: clarify goals, present concepts, take feedback and produce final, production-ready files.
- Use AI-assisted tools where they speed up the work, while keeping quality and brand consistency high.
- Manage several projects at once and set priorities with the creative lead when deadlines compete.
You have
- 4+ years of professional design experience, in-house or at an agency. B2B or technology experience is a plus.
- A portfolio that shows strong layout, typography, color and visual storytelling, plus examples of work within an established brand system.
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and working skills in Figma.
- Experience preparing files for digital production across web, email and social channels.
- Clear communication: you can present your work, explain design choices and turn feedback into better work.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage several deadlines at once.
- A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, or equivalent experience.
We offer a competitive total compensation package, some unique perks and benefits, and an open and collaborative working environment in our downtown Calgary and Kanata technology park offices.
Apply online at nureva.com by close of business on November 15, 2026. If selected for an interview, we will spend time to ensure that you understand the role and our company to ensure that we are a good fit for you.
