Role summary

We are seeking a Program Manager with a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, automotive, program management, engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering or aftersales, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proficiency in office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, and Qlik Sense. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of program launch experience, technical aptitude, understanding of the dealership environment, and strong organizational and negotiation skills. Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish is a bonus.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, automotive, program management, engineering, or related field

• Ability to interact and network effectively with various personality types

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Efficient with office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, QlicSense

5+ years of engineering and/or aftersales experience in the automotive or related industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years' work experience on program launches

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the dealership environment

• Strong organizational, self-management, and negotiations skills

• Experience in presenting ideas and concepts to all levels of management

• Ability to speak English, Chinese and Spanish

• Prior program management experience in a technical capacity
