NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED ABA THERAPIST — STATEN ISLAND, NY

LBAPS is looking for an experienced ABA therapist to work 1:1 with a 7-year-old girl in her home. One family, one consistent case, no driving between clients. We're looking for someone who has run a full program and can walk in steady from day one.

At a glance:

📍 Location: Staten Island, NY🏠 Setting: In-Home, in-person👧 Client: 7-year-old girl🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM · Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM⏰ Hours: 23 hours per week, consistent💰 Pay: $22.50/hour

About the case:

This is a skill-building program, not behavior reduction. The focus is on communication, social skills, and daily living goals — steady, rewarding work with a child who's ready to make progress. If skill acquisition is the part of ABA you love, this is a good fit.

What we're looking for:

Extensive hands-on ABA experience and a strong background working with children with special needs. You should be confident implementing a treatment plan independently within a BCBA's direction, and comfortable with consistent data collection. Patient, reliable, compassionate, and professional. High school diploma required; RBT certification strongly preferred.

What you'll do:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, implement the individualized treatment plan, support communication, social, and daily living skills, collect clean data each session, and work closely with the supervising BCBA on treatment goals.
