Role summary

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in the Greater Charlotte area. This commission-only role offers high-quality seller appointments, unique client products, and strong support to help agents grow their business. Responsibilities include managing residential real estate transactions, utilizing sales and communication skills, and leveraging technology. The ideal candidate will have an active NC real estate license, at least 4+ closed transactions in the past year, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

Residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months

An active and unrestricted NC real estate license and are located in the Greater Charlotte area

Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers

An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business

Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule

An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly

Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral

A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
