Role summary

Redfin is seeking independent contractors for their Associate Agent role in Jacksonville. This position is ideal for new or experienced real estate agents looking for flexibility and customer interaction without the pressure of closing transactions. Responsibilities include showing homes and hosting open houses, with the ability to set your own hours and control your workload. Successful candidates will have a real estate license, a smartphone, laptop, reliable transportation, and be willing to join the local MLS and Realtor Association. The Role

Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections
Set your own hours and control your workload

Pay

As an independent contractor, you'll earn a flat-rate payment per field event.

Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
