Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/STNAs) for full-time and part-time positions at their Lebanon, Ohio community. The role involves providing direct resident care, assisting with daily living activities, and documenting care under the supervision of a nurse. Candidates must possess a CNA/STNA certification in Ohio and have strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in lift techniques. Job Types: Full-time 7a-7p, 3p-11p, 7p-7a, Part-time 7a-7p, 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 7p-7a, 11p-7a, & PRN

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience and $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Supplemental Pay: Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.

Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.

Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.

Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.

Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
