Role summary

Otterbein Green Hills is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/STNAs) to join their team. This role involves providing direct resident care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring accurate documentation. The community offers training assistance for certification and competitive pay starting at $18.50/hour, with shift differentials. Various shifts and employment types (Part-Time, Full-Time, PRN) are available. Job Types: Part-Time, Full-Time and PRN

Available Shifts: Part-time 6am-6pm; 6am-2pm; 6pm-10pm and 6p-6a

Full-time 6am - 6pm

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience and $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, $2.00 shift differential for 3rd shift

Supplemental Pay: Shift Differential

Every third weekend & holiday rotation for those on 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.

Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.

Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.

Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.

Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be active/listed on the Nurse Aide Registry in Ohio.

Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
