Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an Assisted Living role at Otterbein North Olmsted. This position involves directing resident care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and providing physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members. The role emphasizes person-centered care, honoring resident autonomy and dignity. Full-time or part-time positions are available with shifts from 7a-3p and 3p-11p. Pay starts at $28.00 per hour with a $1.00 differential for the second shift. A graduate of an approved nursing program and a valid Ohio LPN license with CPR certification are required. At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice is desired, with long-term care experience preferred.

Pay: Starting from $28.00 an hour plus $1.00 differential for 2nd shift

Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders during the course of care.

Recognize the autonomy and dignity of all elders

Understand how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders

Focus on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of approved nursing program

Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR

Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
