Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide person-centered care in their senior living communities. The role involves directing resident care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and offering physical and psychological support to residents, families, and staff. The company emphasizes a "Partner in Caring" approach, valuing expertise and compassionate service. Available shifts include full-time 1st shift and per diem. Pay starts at $35.00 per hour, with additional differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. A valid Ohio RN license and CPR certification are required, with at least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired and long-term care experience preferred.

Available Shifts: FT 1st and PRN

Pay: Starting from $35.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials

Responsibilities

Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders

Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders

Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders

Focusing on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of approved nursing program

Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR

Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
