Role summary

PHMG, a global audio branding leader, seeks Sales Development Representatives for its Chicago team. This role offers significant earning potential with uncapped commission, base salary increases up to $80,000, and a $2,000 training completion bonus. As an employee-owned company, you'll share in growth and success. The ideal candidate has sales experience, a competitive and ambitious spirit, a strong work ethic, and confidence. PHMG provides a three-month training program, ongoing career development, health benefits, PTO, and 401(k) matching. This is an onsite position with opportunities for a work-from-home day at senior levels.

Business Development Executive – High Earnings & Career Growth with Global Audio Branding Leader

Location: 401 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611

Starting Salary: $40,000

Sales Development Representatives have opportunities for base salary increases up to $80,000 based on merit performance

On Target Earnings: $65,000–$75,000 in Year 1

One-time $2,000 bonus upon completion of training program
