Proof, a legal services company, is seeking independent 1099 Process Servers to join its network. This contract role involves delivering legal documents in Holmes County, MS, and surrounding areas. Servers can set their own schedules and service areas, utilizing a mobile app for job acceptance, earnings tracking, and client communication. Requirements include a valid driver's license, proficiency with mobile devices, document handling capabilities (scanning/printing), and prior experience in process serving or related fields. State/county-specific process server certifications may be required. Prior experience is mandatory as Proof does not provide training. NAPPS membership is preferred.

Requirements

Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.Must have a valid drivers license.

Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.

Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.

Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training. National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
