Role summary

Redfin is seeking Associate Real Estate Agents (1099 contractors) to show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. This role offers flexibility in setting your own hours and controlling your workload, with opportunities to earn money through field events. A real estate license in the state of work, a smartphone, laptop, reliable transportation, and willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association are required. Redfin provides optional educational services to help agents grow their skills. This is a remote, field-based position with no office visits required.

The Role

Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections

Pay

As an independent contractor, you'll earn a flat-rate payment per field event.
