Role summary

Ring of Hope is seeking an on-site Program Manager to lead its Enrichment Program and Food Pantry operations. This role is responsible for the daily coordination and delivery of programs, ensuring they are structured, engaging, and aligned with the organization's mission. Key responsibilities include program planning, execution, evaluation, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and reporting on outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management within a nonprofit or youth development setting, a proactive approach, and strong communication and organizational skills. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and 401(k) benefits.

Role Purpose: The Program Manager serves as an on-site leader responsible for the daily coordination and delivery of Ring of Hope’s Enrichment Program and Food Pantry operations. This role ensures that programming is structured, engaging, and responsive to the needs of participants while fostering teamwork among staff and maintaining alignment with Ring of Hope’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs to meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with team members, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Build and support a collaborative team environment among staff
  • Report on program progress, outcomes, and impact to senior management and Development Coordinator.
  • Ensure that programs align with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
  • Lead and actively engage in daily program activities within the gym and enrichment spaces
  • Oversee enrichment programming including sports, arts, media, mentoring, and group sessions
  • Coordinate food pantry operations including reporting, distribution and inventory
  • Track attendance and program outcomes and report progress
  • Support outreach and community engagement efforts

Skills Required:

  • Strong project management, team-building skills and leadership skills.
  • Experience in program management in a nonprofit setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners.
  • Experience in program management or youth development
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to program delivery
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for community service and youth development
