Job Summary:

The Field Services Department Asset Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and controlling inventory assets for RTI while ensuring accountability of company-owned equipment and customer-owned equipment.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure accurate inventory control, maintain accountability for company assets, track customer-owned equipment, and establish documented processes that support asset recovery. This role serves as a critical control point for inventory accuracy, asset management, and operational accountability throughout the Field Services Department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintaining accurate inventory records for RTI tools and equipment.
• Ensuring proper division and identification of customer-owned equipment per project.
• Overseeing the distribution, tracking, and recovery of all technician-assigned equipment and assets.
• Maintaining documentation supporting equipment assignment records and inventory adjustments for all company-issued tools and equipment.
• Conducting routine and random field audits on assigned tools to verify inventory accuracy and compliance. 
• Managing physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies with inventory records.
• Investigating and documenting missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for equipment.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Exceptional organizational skills, professional presence, and the ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently. 
• Ability to travel 50% of the time, both in and out of state, including overnight stays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., use proper lifting techniques, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights of 3–40 ft.
• Must have regular and reliable attendance.
• Must have exceptional driving record and have a valid driver’s license (part of the responsibilities may be to drive a company vehicle). 
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
