Role summary
Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification for their apartment community team. This role is responsible for completing resident service requests, preparing apartments for new residents, and performing general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation for emergencies and delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in apartment maintenance or construction is preferred.

Position Summary
Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This position is responsible for completing service requests, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and helping maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests and apartment turns
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
- Support community appearance and curb appeal
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
