THE TEAM

The Concierge team serves as the resort's destination experts, creating meaningful connections between guests, the local community, and the unique experiences that define our destination. Through personalized recommendations, thoughtful planning, and seamless execution, the team transforms guest stays into memorable journeys. Working closely with Front Office, Butler, Transportation, Food & Beverage, Spa, and local partners, the Concierge team ensures every experience reflects Rosewood's commitment to relationship hospitality.

 

YOUR ROLE

As Chief Concierge, you will lead the Concierge team in creating exceptional and highly personalized guest experiences while serving as the resort's foremost expert on local attractions, activities, dining, transportation, and bespoke experiences. You will oversee daily Concierge operations, mentor and develop team members, establish strong community partnerships, and ensure guests receive intuitive, anticipatory service at every stage of their stay.

This role combines operational leadership with direct guest engagement, requiring a passion for luxury hospitality, relationship building, and service excellence. The Chief Concierge is responsible for elevating the guest experience through innovation, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of guest preferences and expectations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE 

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Concierge professionals to deliver intuitive, personalized service. 
• Curate exceptional itineraries, reservations, and bespoke experiences that connect guests with the destination. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, wineries, restaurants, transportation providers, and experience operators. 
• Anticipate guest needs and personally assist VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasion travelers. 
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and experiences. 
• Drive service excellence through training, quality assurance, innovation, and continuous improvement of the Concierge operation.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The salary range for this position is $71,000 – 73,000 annually. This is the pay range that the company expects to pay for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
