Role summary

Sutherland Global Logistics/Seko MedTec Solutions is seeking a Program Manager in State College, PA, to lead strategic client programs from initiation to completion. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, leadership), and serving as the main liaison for key customer relationships. The Program Manager will track project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and support new customer onboarding. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 2 years of program management experience. Preferred experience includes logistics, supply chain, data analysis, and client contract management. The role is onsite and requires obtaining TSA certification.

### What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple client programs and projects
  • Serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and leadership to ensure successful execution
  • Track project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and deliverables
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep programs on schedule
  • Support new customer onboarding and implementation
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and customers
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments

### What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of project or program management experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams and clients
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to obtain TSA certification (required)

### Preferred Experience

  • Logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry experience
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel proficiency)
  • Familiarity with client contracts, onboarding, and program implementation
