Silverado Barton Springs, a leader in memory care, is seeking compassionate Caregivers for its PM shift. This role involves providing hands-on support with daily living activities, building relationships with residents and families, and maintaining care records. The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, and passionate about helping others live with dignity. Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia is preferred but not required. We’re hiring Caregivers - compassionate team members who provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
  • Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
  • Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

    • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
  • Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
  • Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
  • Effective communicator in verbal and written English
  • Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Comfortable working around animals and pets

    • Schedule: Full Time, PM shift, 4 days on / 2 days off. 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

    Anticipated pay range$19—$23 USD
