Role summary
Silverado Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/CNA) to provide hands-on support to patients in their homes across the San Diego area. This role is crucial for delivering dignified, meaningful end-of-life care and ensuring patient comfort. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support to patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation. A valid CHHA/CNA certification, driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. The position offers flexible part-time hours (approx. 24/week) and a competitive pay range of $24-$27 USD.
