Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapy Supervisor in Virginia to lead a therapy team, manage operations, and provide clinical supervision. This role requires an active LCSW or LPC license and Board Certified Supervisor status in VA, with 3-5 years of post-graduate clinical experience. Responsibilities include implementing policies, addressing operational challenges, coordinating care, maintaining a reduced caseload for leadership, coaching, participating in hiring, and leading case consultations.     • What You Bring

  • Active, independent LCSW or LPC license in VA
  • Must be a Board Certified Supervisor in VA
  • 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities
  • Experience with EHR systems

    • What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team
  • Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff
  • Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers
  • Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills
  • Provide coaching and support
  • Participate in the hiring process
  • Identify training needs for clinical team members
  • Lead case consultation sessions

    • This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort. In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors will maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.
