Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their collaborative, clinician-centered team. The role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, including crisis intervention and timely documentation. The position offers a supportive environment with built-in referrals, full administrative support, and opportunities for career growth and continuing education. The ideal candidate must hold an active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and have experience in direct clinical care, strong clinical judgment, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
  • Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
