Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP) to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. This role involves medication management, crisis intervention, and accurate documentation. The position offers a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with full administrative support, competitive compensation ($145,000 - $233,400), and benefits including CEU budget, PTO, and professional liability insurance. The ideal candidate will hold an active NY PMHNP license, DEA license, NPI number, and possess strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Experience with medication management for children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $145,000 - $233,400+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
  • Active DEA license in NY
  • Active NPI number
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
