Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Associate Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population. This role offers built-in clinical supervision to support licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and a structured career path. The ideal candidate has pre-independent licensure in VA, experience in direct clinical care, and strong communication skills. The position involves working with various conditions, participating in supervision, and collaborating with a supportive team. SOL Mental Health provides administrative, billing, and marketing support, along with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to inclusion.

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000 – 75,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

Pre-Independently licensed in VA (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)

Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts)

Strong communication skills

Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
