Role summary
Volkswagen of Fallston is seeking motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join their team. The role involves creating personalized buying experiences, matching customers with the right vehicles, demonstrating products, and guiding them through the sales process. Success relies on building relationships, utilizing proven sales strategies, and achieving dealership goals. While automotive sales experience is a plus, a strong attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed are paramount. The position offers a competitive OTE salary range, a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, employee discounts, and career advancement opportunities within Sonic Automotive.
- Welcome customers and create a personalized buying experience.
- Learn their needs and match them with the right vehicle.
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
- Become an expert on Volkswagen products, features, and technology.
