Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead large‑scale global initiatives in Data Center Infrastructure, Modular Data Centers (MDCs), and Rack Integration. This is a senior role responsible for driving complex, customer‑focused programs from concept through global delivery.

What You’ll Do
- Lead customer‑facing programs and act as the primary partner for major cloud and enterprise clients.
- Manage end‑to‑end Modular Data Center deployments, including design, build, integration, and testing.
- Oversee full lifecycle rack integration projects, ensuring quality, performance, and delivery targets are met.
- Deliver complex enterprise cloud infrastructure solutions that align with business and technical needs.
- Coordinate globally with engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations teams across multiple regions.
- Guide cross‑functional leaders to achieve program milestones and provide post‑deployment support.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, mitigating risks, and optimizing program efficiency.
- Own program planning, scheduling, resource alignment, and management of interdependencies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 12–15+ years of program management experience in data centers, rack integration, or cloud infrastructure
- Proven success managing large, complex, high‑visibility global programs
- Deep understanding of MDC architecture, rack‑level integration, and cloud infrastructure environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities
- Experience working across matrixed, cross‑geography teams
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
