Omaha Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join their orthodontic team. The role involves greeting patients, taking orthodontic records (including digital photos and intraoral scans), reviewing treatment plans, discussing financial contracts and insurance benefits, and managing patient communication via phone, email, and text. Preferred candidates will have experience in an orthodontic office setting, strong customer service skills, x-ray certification, and a team-oriented attitude. Preferred candidates will be a team-oriented person with experience working with others, strong customer service skills, and x-ray certification. Also, having experience in an orthodontic office setting, and being excited to work in a positive and fun work environment is a plus!
Responsibilities & Goals:
Greeting and creating a connection with patients
Taking Orthodontic Records
Reviewing treatment plans with patients and family members
Discussing and finalizing financial contracts and insurance benefits with patients
Performing friendly and professional communication via phone, email, and text messaging
All follow up communication with patients and their dentist offices
Taking patient records including digital photographs and intraoral scans
