Role summary
Omaha Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Orthodontic Assistant to join their team and support four experienced orthodontists. The role involves providing orthodontic health education, professional patient communication, taking various types of radiographs and intraoral photographs, assisting with orthodontic procedures, and learning new techniques. Experience with iTero intraoral scanning and sterilization maintenance is also part of the responsibilities. While orthodontic experience is helpful but not required, candidates with dental field experience are preferred. The position offers a positive culture, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits.

Preferred candidates should love working with people in a fun and fast paced environment, and have experience in the dental field. Orthodontic experience is helpful but not necessary.
Responsibilities & Goals:
Providing orthodontic health education to patients and parents
Communicating with our patients in a professional and friendly manner
Taking panoramic, cephalometric radiographs and intraoral photographs
Ability to work alongside doctors for all orthodontic procedures
Willingness to learn new techniques and skills
iTero intraoral scanning
Sterilization maintenance
