Role summary

Sploot is seeking a Veterinarian for its Urgent Care + General Practice clinic. The role offers flexible scheduling (3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s, or rotating weeks), a highly skilled nursing team, and collaborative medical support. Responsibilities include providing high-quality urgent and general practice veterinary care, performing surgeries and dentals, and utilizing pre-visit triage. A DVM/VMD license in Illinois is required. Experience in surgery and dentals is a plus. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$200,000, a ProSal model, comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid medical insurance, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, paid parental leave, and unlimited CE reimbursement.
