Role summary

Sploot is seeking a Veterinarian to join their Urgent Care and General Practice team. This role offers a supportive environment with 45-minute appointments, a skilled nursing team, and available Medical Directors for collaboration. Veterinarians can choose their schedules and will handle a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases. The position requires a DVM/VMD license in Colorado, with experience in surgeries and dentals being a plus.   • DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado
  • TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians
  • 1+ year preferred (strong mentorship available)

  • $130,000–$160,000 base salary (shift and experience dependent)
  • ProSal model with 20–24% production and no negative accrual
