Role summary

Stretch Zone Naples is seeking confident, outgoing, and sales-minded individuals for Part-Time or Full-Time Stretch & Membership Consultant roles. This position is ideal for those motivated by commissions and client interaction, focusing on relationship-building and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced wellness environment. Responsibilities include conducting stretch experiences, recommending memberships, delivering stretching sessions, lead follow-up, and building client retention. Experience in commission-based sales, fitness, or wellness is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Paid training is provided.

Part-Time or Full-Time | Naples FL | Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission
Stretch Zone Naples is hiring confident, outgoing, and sales-minded individuals to join our Park Shore and Vanderbilt studios as Stretch & Membership Consultants.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, wellness conversations, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced boutique environment.

What You’ll Do

Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations
Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals
Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach
Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
Participate in community events and wellness activations
Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects
Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income
Experience working in commission-based sales roles
Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
Exceptional time management skills
Coachable and open to structured training
Must have reliable private closed vehicle (e.g., car, truck, SUV)—otherwise do not apply
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

No prior stretching experience required — paid certification provided.
