Role summary
Striveworks is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to own product collateral for their AI operations (AIOps) platform, agentic AI orchestrator, and vertical solutions. This role involves translating technical substance into compelling content for diverse audiences, from technical evaluators to senior government decision-makers. Responsibilities include maintaining a collateral library, producing presentations and graphics, ensuring messaging alignment with broader narratives, supporting event operations, and developing technical content like blog posts. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or technical marketing, preferably for enterprise or government B2B products, with a strong ability to understand and communicate AI/ML concepts. A portfolio of written and visual collateral and experience partnering with technical teams are essential. Experience marketing to the public sector and a background in product management or data science are preferred. This is a fully remote position with up to 20% travel.
“In 36 months, agentic AI systems will be an operating reality across major institutions. We intend to be central to it.” — Dr. Jim Rebesco, Cofounder and CEO, Striveworks
The government’s demand for AI is growing far faster than the systems required to support it. Fewer than 15% of federal AI programs have reached sustained production, despite billions of dollars invested. The models perform in testing, but they degrade in the real world. And when performance drops, trust goes with it.
Striveworks was built to solve that problem.
What you’ll build
Since 2018, we have delivered the most trusted AI systems operating in real-world use cases—providing a layer of assurance underneath hundreds of deployed models that monitors performance, manages drift, and sustains systems long after they leave the lab.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the collateral that carries our products into every sales conversation, evaluation, and briefing across our AI operations (AIOps) platform, agentic AI orchestrator, and vertical solutions. You will work closely with our product managers, data scientists, and sales team to turn technical substance into collateral that is accurate, compelling, and appropriate for audiences ranging from technical evaluators to senior government decision-makers.
Your day-to-day will include:
