About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our expanding QA team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks that encompass UI, API, and end-to-end workflows. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and fellow QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Your expertise will help uphold rigorous testing standards throughout the software development lifecycle, facilitating early defect detection and continuous quality improvement. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience with test automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD environments, with a keen interest in exploring AI-assisted testing methodologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python or Java
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools like JMeter or Gatling is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing scenarios
• Create and execute automated regression, functional, performance, and API tests to ensure software quality
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and deployment
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure features are testable and to enable early detection of defects
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and communicate issues effectively to development teams
• Identify critical test scenarios and edge cases to enhance test coverage and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with emerging automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies to improve testing practices
