About The Role
The HR Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Human Resources Technology and Shared Services by providing accurate, timely, and insightful data reporting and analysis. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards, managing ad hoc data requests, conducting data audits, and supporting data integrity initiatives across Workday and related HR systems. The role involves partnering with various internal teams such as HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Internal Audit, Accounting, and Restaurant Operations to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and effective decision-making. Based out of the Tampa Restaurant Support Center, this role offers a primarily remote work schedule, requiring candidates to reside within a reasonable commuting distance to attend the office periodically.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in HRIS, data analytics, or reporting roles
  • Experience with Workday reporting is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools
  • Experience supporting data audits, validation, and reporting processes
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or related data systems is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and identify meaningful trends
  • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and dashboards to meet operational and functional needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
  • Support improvements to existing reports, enhancing usability and efficiency
  • Manage day-to-day ad hoc reporting requests across HR, Legal, Internal Audit, Accounting, and leadership teams
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions
  • Ensure the accuracy, validation, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs
  • Build standardized reporting solutions to streamline recurring data needs
  • Conduct recurring and ad hoc data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Identify data inconsistencies and collaborate with HRIS and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Support ongoing data quality initiatives and maintain documentation related to data processes
  • Assist in executing mass data loads, including validation and reconciliation
  • Support system integrations related to HR data, including report development and troubleshooting
  • Partner with HRIS to monitor data trends, identify issues, and recommend improvements
