About The Role
The HR Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Human Resources Technology and Shared Services by providing comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and audit functions. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of HR-related data across Workday and related platforms. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments such as HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Internal Audit, Accounting, and Restaurant Operations to deliver actionable insights and improve data processes. Based at the Tampa Restaurant Support Center, this position offers a primarily remote work schedule, with the expectation of attending the office periodically. The HR Data Analyst will develop reports and dashboards, manage ad hoc data requests, perform data audits, and support system integrations to enhance HR data quality and compliance.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in HRIS, data analytics, or reporting roles
  • Preferred experience with Workday reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools
  • Experience supporting data audits, validation, and reporting processes
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or related data systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • Ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful trends
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and confidentiality handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards tailored for operational and functional users
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
  • Enhance existing reports for improved usability and efficiency, supporting standardized reporting initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day ad hoc reporting requests across HR, Legal, Internal Audit, Accounting, and leadership teams
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy, validation, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs
  • Conduct recurring and ad hoc data audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Partner with HRIS and business stakeholders to maintain data quality and resolve issues proactively
  • Support data-related system integrations, including report development, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Assist in executing mass data loads, including validation and reconciliation efforts
  • Maintain documentation related to data audits, reporting processes, and system integrations
  • Identify trends impacting data integrity and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
