About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our team remotely within the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and interpreting HR data to drive strategic decision-making and improve HR processes. Your insights will help optimize workforce planning, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational growth. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and management to develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and analytics that inform key business decisions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar analytical role within an HR department, preferably in an engineering or technical setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights clearly.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI to develop engaging dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources including HRIS, payroll systems, and performance management tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits.
- Analyze HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, employee performance, and engagement levels to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Create and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR leadership and management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct workforce planning analyses to support staffing decisions, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze turnover rates, employee demographics, and satisfaction survey data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and track HR key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
- Collaborate with HR teams to support initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and learning & development programs.
- Provide analytical support for compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitive offerings and market alignment.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards that facilitate decision-making for HR and organizational leaders.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports related to labor laws, EEO regulations, and other legal requirements, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR data collection, processes, and reporting capabilities, advocating for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on data analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices.
