Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company and a proud Great Place to Work® Certified employer in the United States

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Revenue & Productivity on the Revenue Operations team in our New York Office, you’ll play a vital role in owning the go-to-market operating plan from a productivity standpoint. You will build and own one connected, always-current model linking headcount, ramp, rep activity, and pipeline directly to revenue, cost, and ROI. Operating at the core of commercial strategy, you will partner with Sales Leadership and FP&A to evaluate where every incremental headcount investment delivers the highest marginal return across our advertiser and publisher businesses.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, revenue planning, sales strategy, or sales finance, including dedicated FP&A or sales finance experience.
  • Proven track record building and owning capacity, productivity, or quota models that sales leadership used directly to make headcount, investment, or quota decisions.
  • Deep financial and operational modeling expertise covering two-sided or marketplace business models (advertiser and publisher), cohort curves, net dollar retention (NDR) run rates, and unit economics (cost as a percentage of revenue and marginal vs. average productivity).
  • Hands-on experience governing complex commercial headcount data, including ramp curves, tenure, manager hierarchies and weights, vacancy time, attrition, and effective dates.
  • Build-level modeling proficiency in Pigment (or comparable connected planning tools such as Anaplan or Adaptive), with working knowledge of Salesforce and enterprise KPI platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Vertica, QlikSense / Nexus).
  • Bonus points if you have:

  • Working-level proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience in adtech, or direct background partnering with FP&A on quota-setting methodology and Commissions teams on incentive plan design.
  • How you’ll make an impact:

  • Build and maintain the global sales productivity engine, incorporating time to recruit, ramp, manager weights, attrition, vacancy duration, and historical cohort curves (translating F90 velocity into F270 performance to guide quota setting).
  • Model revenue from current advertiser cohorts using net dollar retention run rates, isolate net new revenue from new business lines, and calculate seller ROI comparing lifetime value (LTV) against acquisition cost (CAC, including marketing spend).
  • Architect Account Management workload capacity models structured as ratios against core operational KPIs, including accounts, advertisers, buyers, and publisher networks.
  • Partner with HR and FP&A to own the single source of commercial headcount data, automating ramp and manager weight calculations while creating resilient classification rules across segments, regions, and markets.
  • Evaluate regional headcount requests against marginal productivity to pinpoint where an additional rep yields the greatest return, tracking fully loaded headcount costs as a percentage of revenue and monitoring ex-TAC margin expansion against cost growth.
  • Lead the operational planning cadence in partnership with Sales Operations, FP&A, and Commissions—standardizing productivity definitions, orchestrating target and quota rollouts, and delivering reconciled operating reviews to the Chief Business Officer and executive leadership.
