Description:
The Program Manager provides overall planning, direction, and management of multi-task TSI programs and contracts, ensuring successful performance across all technical, schedule, cost, and quality dimensions. This position is responsible for program definition, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and the formulation and execution of short and long-range program plans. The Program Manager establishes and controls technical milestones, budgets, and schedules; directs cross-functional teams; interfaces with government customers and contracting officers; and ensures all program activities are aligned with contract requirements, customer objectives, and TSI organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in program or project management
- Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-task government or defense contracts as the lead program manager
- Proven ability to manage technical milestones, program budgets, and contract deliverables across complex programs
- Experience interfacing with government customers, contracting officers, and senior stakeholders
- Monitoring performance, analyzing, implementing, and supporting tasking with MS Project, enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools, and earned value management (EVM) analysis
- Control project risk through ongoing risk identification, assessment, review, and mitigation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification and/or DAU Program Management Level II or equivalent
- Experience managing cost-plus, T&M, or FFP government contracts with CDRL and EVM requirements
- Familiarity with DoD 5000 acquisition framework and government contract administration
- Experience managing programs in a defense, systems integration, or technical services environment
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
