Role summary

This Senior Program Manager role provides critical support for NA-80 and CYBERCOM programs, focusing on classified initiatives. The position requires extensive experience (15+ years) in DOE/NNSA or laboratory project/program management, with deep knowledge of costs, schedules, forecasting, EVMS, and P6. The candidate will manage program developments, generate reports, forecast funding, and ensure adherence to strict security protocols, acting as a key liaison between mission and company objectives. An active DOE Q clearance is mandatory.

Provide senior program management support to NA-80 programs as well as CYBERCOM
Mentor and advise TechSource leadership on an as needed basis
Generate reports for management on program developments and milestones.
Provide forecasts of funding and costs for leadership.
Adhere to all security processes to support sensitive classified programs
Serve as a liaison between mission and company
Active DOE Q clearance.
15 or more years of DOE/NNSA or laboratory project management/program management experience.
Extensive knowledge of related classified programs, including costs, schedules, and forecasting.

EVMS, project controls (P6), and scheduling experience.
Extensive knowledge of weapon programs, including costs, schedules, EVMS, and forecasting.
