Role summary

Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Product Specialist for their Volvo Lancaster location. This role involves providing an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients in finding the right vehicle through discovery, problem-solving, active listening, and explaining features. While sales experience is a plus, it's not required as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers a competitive salary plus uncapped commission, along with top-tier benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, and employee discounts. A valid driver's license and commitment to customer service are required.

As a Product Specialist, you will provide a friendly, professional, unmatched experience by partnering with customers to find the best vehicle for them! This process includes asking discovery questions, problem-solving, being a good listener, explaining vehicle features and comparing vehicle benefits. With a competitive training salary plus uncapped commission, earning potential is unlimited!

Product Specialist Requirements
