Arnold Motor Supply, a leading automotive parts distributor with 80 locations, seeks a Full Time Distribution Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts and supplies to stores serving repair shops, body shops, and commercial/agriculture operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities include accurately pulling parts for customer orders, processing and stocking incoming inventory, contributing to efficient distribution center operations, and prioritizing safety. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform tasks involving standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking, squatting, and kneeling.

Core Job Duties
- Fulfill daily customer orders by accurately pulling parts from inventory
- Process incoming inventory and correctly place into existing stock
- Actively contribute to maintaining highly efficient distribution center operations•
