Role summary

Titan Security is seeking a Full-time Security Officer to provide excellent customer service, control access, monitor security cameras, and respond to incidents. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, the ability to obtain a Tennessee Security License, pass a background check and drug screen, and meet physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs and extensive walking. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Bilingualism is a plus, and evening, overnight, and weekend availability may be required.

This is a Full-time position

Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm with an hour lunch break

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
  • Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs
  • Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
  • Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Able to acquire and maintain a valid Tennessee Security License
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
  • Must have 2+ years of experience

    • Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:• Bi-lingual considered a plus.• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
