Role summary
Titan Security is seeking Unarmed Flex Security Officers for Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago. This hybrid role requires availability for at least two of three shifts, including weekends and holidays, with potential for short-notice assignments. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining logs, controlling access, monitoring security cameras, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents. Required qualifications include being at least 18, having relevant experience (door staff, receptionist, customer service, etc.), a High School diploma/GED, obtaining an Illinois PERC card, passing background and drug screens, English proficiency, and meeting physical demands like lifting 50+ lbs and extensive walking. Bilingualism is a plus. The position pays $20/hour with benefits.

We are hiring for Unarmed Flex Security Officers to work at Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago.
All candidates must also be available to work weekends and holidays. Flex officers do not have a set schedule and must be available to work at least two (2) of the three (3) shifts. We will make every effort to give advance notice of assignments for open shifts, vacation coverages, personal days, etc., but call-offs may need to be covered with four (4) hours or less notice. The more availability you have, the more hours you'll be available to pick up!
