Role summary

Trinetix is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful project delivery. The role demands strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution excellence. Key responsibilities include defining program scope, coordinating diverse teams (engineering, product, operations), managing risks and dependencies, monitoring performance, and overseeing budgets and resources. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of program or project management experience, proficiency with tools like Jira and MS Project, and experience in Agile or hybrid environments. Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech is a plus.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in program or project management
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

Nice-to-haves

Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
Experience managing distributed or international teams
Strong data-driven mindset and experience with reporting tools

Core Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within a program
Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business objectives
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, stakeholders)
Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across projects
Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery
Manage budgets, resources, and priorities across initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and program governance
Prepare and present regular status updates to leadership
